My brother in law worked at Disneyland as a teen...he saw Steve perform as a teen age magician in the 60's! That's how he got started in show biz. Did you ever see him in his first TV performances> He was a writer for the Smothers Brothers and they would let him do his schtick as a sort of beat poet sitting at a cafe table....he was just too strange even then!
I want to know how he did it.....but I kind of don't want to know, because it is more fun just wondering.
