I know the place you are thinking of. A long gone porn emporium in a turn of century theater. It had a great marquee, but a skyline of pre 9/11 NYC..... I think this is from a club in LA....I LOVE NEON! I worked for Let There Be Neon on West Broadway for almost 4 years when I first moved to New York from Toledo, which is ahem, the Glass City. I moved and installed Neon and received quite a few massive electrical shocks over the course of my career.
