Repeat This 10,000 Times!

Here it is, the microdot workout program for 2013! It's simple, just carry 40 pounds of grapes on your back for at least 8 hours a day and walk about 25 kilometers a day, then perform this simple easy motion! I can do it right or left handed...and then you don't have to even think about dieting, in fact the more you eat, the better!

dear microdot, I don't know what lead to our "disagreement" but I am going to assume I was in the wrong especially in view of current events. I have gotten rid of the tea bag crazies at my blog and am attempting to establish some sanity. sorry for the misunderstanding. I miss reading your thoughts so I am back if welcome.
