Indian Superman

Here, because you bothered to look at thebrainpolice today...you're so special!
This is a charming little dance number from a Southern Indian Bollywood version of Superman!

Well the lovely young lady might have "youth on her side" and the grasslands may be beckoning to her but the tubby lead looks suited to more sedentary pursuits.

Why is it that bollywood leads are so often aging unattractive men who couldn't dance to save their lives? Where do I sign up?

Charming, thanks for posting this. Superman definitely deserves points for a sincere effort with the cowlick.

LOL- well thank you very much. A bit of Bollywood is always a good way to start the day.

I don't remember seeing that one advertised at the recent Bollywood movie festival held here in town.

I loved the subtitles and the part where the Indian "Lois" falls throught the sky and Superman catches her.
Can anyone explain the H on Supermans costume?...it can't mean Hefty.....

A few weeka ago, I was in the Carrefour outside of Perigueux and I saw Batman cologne on sale for only 12 Euros in a "gift pack" presentation. I picked up the sampler bottle and it wasn't bad...
The bottle was pretty cool, it was a knock off the Armani body bottle with a batman logo on it.

My wife went back to buy it for me as present, but it was gone and we have surmised that it was a limited item that disappeared after the copyright lawyers shut the thing down...it ripped off the Armani Bottle and it was a flagrant violation of the Batman logo...
still...it was pretty cool!

Armani styled Batman cologne. Well, you missed out bit time.

Maybe H is for 'Hero?' Or maybe it is for, 'Hahahaha, this is funny.'

Bollywood is suddenly very cool around here. I saw Bollywood dance classes advertised. And there was me thinking maybe I should learn a few old fashioned ballroom dances to take me through these middlish years with style!

Batman cologne mmm...

Still, couldn't be as cool as the Adam West series' "shark repellent spray". I think it's about time for the 60s series' merchandising revival. The camp utility-belt bottle could stand proudly on the shelf beside Le Mâle and Classique, non?
