One of my very favorite editorial cartoonists, Steve Bell from the Guardian Observer inventts the perfect word to sum up George Bush's new spin on the Iraq Debacle.

I can remember General Westmoreland telling President Johnson that if he only had more troops, he could win the Viet Nam war. Then came the Tet offensive. Within a couple of more years of following a failed policies we pulled the U.S. troops out but not until we had lost more our nations sons and brothers.
I am now hearing Bush, ignoring the Independent Commission on Iraq's recommendations, ignoring the Generals in the Pentagon saying sending more troops will make the matters worse, and General Collin Powell's advice against sending in more troops again, saying that he is going to send more troops into Iraq so we can win this war.
Those of faith will tell you that one of the worst sins if the Sin of Pride. Bush is willing to have solders killed so he will not have to admit his own failure of a war for oil was a wrong one. Bush's bullshit Pride.
